BLCRC is designed to be a peaceful, welcoming place for like-minded Christians in a similar stage of life. To help maintain that environment, a few guidelines apply to all residents:
- Homes are limited to two residents
- Homes cannot be rented or leased
- Construction and improvements require prior approval
- At least one member of each household must be 55 or older
These guidelines help preserve the character, safety, and harmony of the community we all value.

Board of Directors
Our Board is made up of fellow members who volunteer their time to handle the day-to-day needs of the community. They’re elected by the membership and work to make decisions that benefit BLCRC as a whole.
Members
BLCRC is truly member-driven. When you buy a membership, you’re not just moving into a neighborhood—you’re becoming part of a community that works together.
Members agree to follow the community’s bylaws and policies, as well as applicable local, state, and federal regulations. And just as importantly, every member has a voice. If you see something that could be improved, you can propose changes for the community to consider at the Annual Meeting.
